Christmas Day Alleged Double Murderer Pleads Again

The man accused of killing a mother and her 15 year old daughter on Christmas day pleaded not guilty Thursday. 34 -year-old Tyler Miller's accused of shooting 35-year old Jaimi Hurlbert and her daughter, Allysa Burkett.

“I’m 58 years old, and I’ve had 57 good Christmases,” the Bronner's Christmas Wonderland president told the court during sentencing for four of the five involved in the vandalism. When he learned of the vandalism, he said, he “wondered what we had done to merit” such an act.
